Objective:
Take a complex operating model and make it simple enough for employees across all levels to understand.

Strategy:
Design a new brand identity to clearly communicate the way McDermott conducts business.

Implementation:
Collaborate with functional leadership to rebuild, rewrite and relaunch the operating model as an integrated communications campaign.

Results:
Global launch accomplished three key objectives.
1) Engaged employees across all levels of the organization.
2) Improved awareness and internal adoption of the operating model.
